Method 1: Hard Reset via Settings

This method is applicable if you can access your device's settings.

  1. Go to Settings on your Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3.
  2. Scroll down and select Backup and Reset.
  3. Tap on Factory Data Reset.
  4. Tap on Reset Device.
  5. Enter your device's PIN or password to confirm.
  6. Wait for the reset process to complete.

Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode

This method is applicable if you cannot access your device's settings.

  1. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume up button simultaneously for a few seconds.
  2. Release the buttons when you see the Samsung logo on the screen.
  3. Use the Volume down button to navigate to the Wipe data/factory reset option.
  4. Press the Power button to select the Wipe data/factory reset option.
  5. Wait for the reset process to complete.

Method 3: Use Google Find My Device
