Method 1: Hard Reset via Settings
This method is applicable if you can access your device's settings.
- Go to Settings on your Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3.
- Scroll down and select Backup and Reset.
- Tap on Factory Data Reset.
- Tap on Reset Device.
- Enter your device's PIN or password to confirm.
- Wait for the reset process to complete.
Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode
This method is applicable if you cannot access your device's settings.
- Press and hold the Power button and the Volume up button simultaneously for a few seconds.
- Release the buttons when you see the Samsung logo on the screen.
- Use the Volume down button to navigate to the Wipe data/factory reset option.
- Press the Power button to select the Wipe data/factory reset option.
- Wait for the reset process to complete.
Method 3: Use Google Find My Device
This method is applicable if you have access to the internet and your Google account is logged in on the device.
- Visit Google Find My Device on your computer or another device.
- Sign in with your Google account that is logged in on the device you want to reset.
- Select the device you want to reset from the list.
- Click on Erase device.
- Confirm the action by clicking on Erase.
Note : Some time stuck your phone if there is any hardware or software issue in your phone, Data will not back if you don't have backup before perform hard reset.
