Hard resetting your Samsung Galaxy S III Neo will erase all data on your device. Make sure to back up your important files and information before proceeding.
Method 1: Hard Reset via Settings
This method is applicable if you can access your device's settings.
- Go to Settings on your Samsung Galaxy S III Neo.
- Scroll down and select Backup and reset.
- Tap on Factory data reset.
- Tap on Reset device.
- Enter your device's PIN or password to confirm.
- Wait for the reset process to complete.
Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode
This method is applicable if you cannot access your device's settings.
- Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S III Neo.
- Press and hold the Home button, Volume up button, and Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.
- Release the buttons when you see the Android system recovery screen.
