Hard resetting your Realme 5 will erase all data on your device. Make sure to back up your important files and information before proceeding.

Method 1: Hard Reset via Settings

This method is applicable if you can access your device's settings.

1. Go to Settings on your Realme 5.
2. Scroll down and select Additional Settings.
3. Tap on Backup & Reset.
4. Select Factory Data Reset.
5. Tap on Reset Phone.
6. Enter your device's PIN or password to confirm.
7. Wait for the reset process to complete.

Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode

This method is applicable if you cannot access your device's settings.

1. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for a few seconds.
2. Release the buttons when you see the Realme logo on the screen.
3. Use the Volume down button to navigate to the Wipe data/factory reset option.
4. Press the Power button to select the Wipe data/factory reset option.
5. Wait for the reset process to complete.

Method 3: Hard Reset via Hardware Keys
